How to become a member
There is no separate application for the GRIT Global Investor Club. Membership activates automatically when you proceed with GRIT's advisory services.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a separate fee for Club membership?
No. Membership is fully included in your $2,000 GRIT Advisory Fee. There is no annual renewal charge and no event access fee for standard Club events.
Can I join the Club without purchasing a property?
Club membership activates when you pay the $2,000 Advisory Fee and sign the Engagement Agreement — which occurs after you have seen your strategy and chosen to proceed. You do not need to have settled a property to become a member.
What if I'm based overseas?
The Club is designed for global members. Webinars are online and available for replay. Events are held across three cities. The Dubai Site Tour and Melbourne Summit are particularly popular with international members.
How many events are held each year?
GRIT hosts a minimum of 12 webinars annually, plus private dinners across three cities, the annual Dubai Site Tour, and the Melbourne Investor Summit. The total number of events varies year to year based on demand and market conditions.
Can I bring a guest to events?
Most events allow members to bring one guest. Guest policies are communicated with each event invitation. Dinners are strictly limited in size, so guest availability varies.
What is the Member Portal?
A private online hub for Club members — event calendar, webinar replays, property opportunity briefs, and your portfolio review history. Login details are provided within 24 hours of membership activation.
Can I leave the Club?
Membership is tied to your ongoing relationship with GRIT. If you choose to terminate your Engagement Agreement, membership benefits cease. There is no lock-in beyond the standard terms of the Engagement Agreement.
