Careers at GRIT

We are building something that matters.

We are building a firm that changes how Australians invest in property — globally. If you want to be part of that, we want to hear from you.

Melbourne · Dubai · New York 3 Open Roles Strategy-First Culture Independent Advisory

This is not a job. It is a career in an industry that is changing.

The Australian property advisory sector is shifting. Investors are more sophisticated, more globally curious, and more demanding of genuine independence than they were a decade ago. The firms that will lead this industry in ten years are the ones being built right now — with the right people, the right values, and the right framework. GRIT is one of those firms.

How We Work

Understand what working at GRIT means in practice.

Before you apply, it is important that you understand what GRIT is — and what it is not.

What GRIT Is

A strategy-first advisory firm — every recommendation begins with the client's goals, not available product

An independent advisory — GRIT's revenue comes from advisory fees, not undisclosed commissions

A globally operating firm with genuine on-the-ground presence in three markets

A firm that measures success by client portfolio performance over 10+ years

What GRIT Is Not

A developer referral service — we do not recommend properties because a developer is paying us to fill them

A volume sales operation — we limit strategy session intake deliberately to maintain quality

A single-market practice that has expanded its website without expanding its capability

A firm that measures success by transaction volume in the current quarter

If you are coming from a developer sales background or a commission-driven property sales role, we welcome that experience — but you need to be genuinely committed to leaving that model behind. GRIT's clients pay for independence. Our team delivers it.

The Culture

What working at GRIT actually looks like.

GRIT is a growing firm, not a large institution. These are the values that shape every decision — from how we run a client session to how we respond to a problem.

Trust

Trust is the foundation of every relationship at GRIT — with clients, partners, and each other. We earn it through action, not words.

Integrity

We do what is right, even when no one is watching. Every recommendation and every decision is guided by an unwavering moral compass.

Persistence

We push through obstacles and stay committed to finding solutions. Setbacks are not endpoints — they are opportunities to adapt and grow stronger.

Teamwork

No one succeeds alone at GRIT. We collaborate across every level of the firm, share knowledge openly, and win together as one team.

Accountability

We own our commitments and our outcomes — both the wins and the misses. At GRIT, accountability means following through without being asked.

Transparency

We share information openly and communicate with clarity. No hidden agendas, no guesswork — just honest dialogue that keeps everyone aligned.
