Annual Portfolio Strategy Review

Every Club member receives a formal annual portfolio review with their dedicated Investment Strategist. This is not a check-in call. It is a structured session — full performance review, equity modelling, cashflow update, market conditions, and a written recommendation for the next phase of your wealth plan.

•Scheduled every 12 months from your first property settlement
•Full portfolio covered — every property in every market
•Updated equity model — what you can leverage and when
•Market conditions briefing — relevant to your specific holdings
•Written next-steps document issued after every review session

How membership works

Membership to the GRIT Global Investor Club is activated when you proceed with GRIT's advisory services — it is included as part of your $2,000 Advisory Fee. There is no separate application, no waiting list, and no additional cost.

When does membership activate?	Immediately upon payment of the $2,000 Advisory Fee and signing of the Engagement Agreement. You receive a welcome email with Member Portal access within 24 hours.
How long does membership last?	For as long as you hold a GRIT-recommended property and maintain an active relationship with your Investment Strategist. Membership is not time-limited.
Is there a cost to renew?	No. Membership is included with your advisory fee — there are no annual renewal charges. Your annual portfolio review is also included at no additional cost.
Can I bring a guest to events?	Most events allow members to bring one guest. Specific guest policies are communicated with each event invitation.
What if I invest in multiple markets?	Your membership covers all markets — AU, Dubai, and US. You receive updates, opportunities, and event invitations relevant to all markets you hold or are considering.
Is there a Member Portal?	Yes. The Member Portal provides access to webinar replays, event registrations, opportunity briefs, and your portfolio review history. Login details are provided in your welcome email.
