Is the warehouse expo really free?
Yes. Entry is free, and food and drinks are on us. You need to register so we can hold your time slot.
Why do I need to pick a time slot?
Everyone who registers gets a one-on-one session with the GRIT team, so time slots on the day are limited.
Who is the expo for?
Investors who want to find out whether warehouses make sense for them, including residential investors, business owners and SMSF trustees. Warehouses won’t suit every investor, and that’s part of the conversation.
Can an SMSF buy a warehouse?
A self-managed super fund can hold commercial property, including a warehouse, if it fits the fund’s investment strategy and meets the SMSF rules. An SMSF can still borrow through an LRBA for property that meets the business real property definition. Please speak to your accountant or adviser about your own fund.
